Praesidia Alliance operates an international alarm monitoring network (vARC) for use by small to medium security companies, on a pay-as-you-go basis. The system shifts the "people" part of alarm monitoring and related services to where it counts most - the security company and responders in the country and local area of the end user clients.
Our network handles all required activities and notifications via industry proven monitoring and communications software, hosted on servers located in secure data centers provided worldwide by industry leaders such as Google, Azure, and Amazon.
End user client details and information such as system programming, staff contacts, and response requirements, are managed by - and only available to - each agent in their local area via secure log in; an agent in one area does not have access to details of any other agent's area of operations. Security of confidential information and end user client privacy is an intrinsic part of the system.
Our software and systems are well proven - our core operating programs are in use around the world in large "traditional style" alarm monitoring centers. Praesidia Alliance went a step further and has had specific versions of these programs updated by the original developers to streamline the monitoring, alerting, and response, process.
