PAL arms & ammunition section is not open to the public; it is a secured private facility ONLY for the sale of firearms and ammunition to persons holding a current firearm licence issued by Tonga Police. Licence holders need to register with PAL prior to purchasing firearms and / or ammunition.

How do I get a gun licence?
 - you must apply directly to Tonga Police for a firearm licence
Can I buy a rifle or shotgun from Praesidia Alliance?
 - yes, after your firearm licence / purchase permit is approved by Tonga Police and after you have registered as a PAL Customer
Can I buy ammunition from Praesidia Alliance?
- yes, if you have a current firearm licence and you are registered as a PAL Customer you may purchase ammunition of a type that is suitable for use with your particular licenced firearm - subject to Tonga Police policy of 50 rounds per month for .22 and .22M, and 25 rounds per month shotshell
Can my friend or work colleague buy / collect ammunition for me if I'm busy?
 - no, only licence holders themselves may purchase / collect firearms and / or ammunition

Register as a PAL Customer (collect your PAL Customer Card)

To purchase any products from Praesidia Alliance arms & ammunition section you must be a registered PAL customer.
- only current firearm licence holders may be registered -
Download and complete the customer record form (or fill out a form at the PAL office) Bring the form, together with a current Tonga government issue photo identification such as drivers licence, national id card, or passport, and your current firearm licence, to PAL's administration office, Bypass Road, Ma'ufanga.  
PAL staff will take copies of your ID and your current firearm licence, they will also take your photograph for our customer identity file. Your PAL Customer Card* will then be issued to you. For the safety and security of our staff and customers we require you to comply with our Conditions of Entry and Conditions of Sale.
